It is a good thing John Tortorella is a good NHL coach with over 300 wins and a team currently competing for top spot in the Eastern Conference. That way you can say your boss, in this case Madison Square Garden Executive Chairman James L. Dolan, is full of shit and get away with it. At a press conference today Dolan stated the Rangers are pretty close to a Stanley Cup. Tortorella followed him on the podium and told the media that any talk of a Stanley Cup is ‘bullshit’. That’s right. Tortorella thinks the boss should shut up already about the Stanley Cup. Hey Torts, better keep winning.
